Willow Run RV Condominium Association is run by the property owners. The Park is governed by an elected Board of Directors. Monthly maintenance fees are collected to maintain the common areas and facilities in our Park.

Willow Run is NOT a year-around residence. Willow Run is a gated community. Golf carts are allowed to be operated on our private roads. Drivers must be at least 16 years of age. Please observe the posted speed limit for all vehicles, including golf carts.
