Our Association
Willow Run is a member owned Condominium Association which is governed by a Board of Directors. Individual units, including land, are privately owned by association members.
Resort Amenities
The community include two lakes with beaches, a fishing pond, a recreation center, tennis courts, swimming and wading pools, and lots of open spaces. Whether it's swimming in the summer or skiing in the winter, owners come from near and far to enjoy Willow Run's resort amenities.
Privately Owned
Permanent residency and year-round occupancy are not permitted, per our conditional use permit with Walworth County. We're sorry, but this gated community is privately owned and has no facility for public camping.
